So it has been over a year since I’ve been able to work out as I use to in The Muscular Development Center @ SCVRD due to the pandemic.  But thanks to my health insurance (UHC) which now offers gym membership at no additional charge, I’m on my way back to a “build a body” workshop.  Check out their virtual tour.
